Blueberry and Blackberry Cold Oats

Ingredients:

Makes 5 Servings

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Agave nectar
  • 1 6oz package blackberries
  • 1 6oz package blueberries 

Preparation: 

  1. In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients except the berries.  
  2. Take half of your mixture and pour into each of your 5 jars, then add the blueberries.  Take the remaining half of the mixture and pour over the top of the berries, evenly splitting it between the 5 jars.  Place the blackberries over the top.
  3. Tightly seal and store in the refrigerator.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Cold Oats

Ingredients:

Makes 5 Servings

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp Agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Preparation: 

  1. In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Evenly pour the mixture into 5 jars.
  3. Tightly seal and store in the refrigerator.
