  • 1 apple

  • 2 Tbsp plain almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp crushed peanuts

  • 1 scoop caramel protein powder

  • 1.5 tsp cornstarch



  1. Wash and cut your apple into slices.

  2. In a bowl, mix together 1 scoop of caramel protein powder, 1.5 tsp cornstarch, and 2 Tbsp of almond milk. Stir and stir and stir until you reach a smooth consistency.

  3. Serve with crushed peanuts.
