Protein Caramel Apples

2 Tbsp plain almond milk
1 Tbsp crushed peanuts
1 scoop caramel protein powder
1.5 tsp cornstarch
Wash and cut your apple into slices.
In a bowl, mix together 1 scoop of caramel protein powder, 1.5 tsp cornstarch, and 2 Tbsp of almond milk. Stir and stir and stir until you reach a smooth consistency.
Serve with crushed peanuts.
