2-Minute Mug Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz unsweetened applesauce (one of those little cups is 4 oz)

  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp stevia (optional)

 

Preparation: 

  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a mug. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until it has cooked in the center.
