MISO SOUP WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 Tbsp white miso paste

  • 1 green onion

  • 2 white mushrooms

 

Preparation: 

  1. Bring the vegetable broth and water to a boil.

  2. Chop the onion and mushrooms into very thin slices.

  3. Place 1 Tbsp of miso paste in a bowl. Once the broth has boiled, pour it over the paste and stir. Add in the mushrooms and green onions.
