Grilled Steak with Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

For the Steak

  • 1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1/2 of a Yellow Onion, sliced

For the Potatoes

  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

For the Broccoli

  • 1 bunch of Broccoli

 

Preparation: 

For the Steak

    1. Cut the steak into 1" cubes.  Add to a large ziplock bag with all of the other ingredients and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
    2. Heat a grill pan over medium high heat and grill the steak and onions.  Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes and then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.  

    For the Potatoes

    1. Wash and cut your potatoes long ways into 8 pieces (cut in half 3 times)
    2. In a large bowl, mix with 2 Tbsp of olive oil, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 2 Tbsp minced garlic and salt and pepper. Spread out on a sheet pan.
    3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes and then flip and cook an additional 10 minutes or until crispy.

     

    1. Steam your broccoli using your preferred method.
    2. Divide your ingredients evenly 4 ways.
