Chocolate Chip Cookie Bread

1 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 small egg or 1/2 large egg
1.5 tsp stevia
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend the oats into a flour using a blender. In a bowl mix together the oat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 tsp stevia.
In a separate bowl mix together 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, 1 small egg, 1/2 tsp stevia, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop, evenly space out the balls onto a sprayed sheet pan. It will make around 11.
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
